This service is for a Psychic/Tarot Reading.
*On occasion, I will offer live call one to one readings on the site. Due to personal time reasons this has become increasingly difficult to offer so I've had to switch to the recorded answer style bookings. When booking one to one live reading calls, Please do not be late for booked readings, as I have other clients' appointments afterward. Late arrivals mean less time available for your reading (a few minutes, within reason, is alright) but please keep in mind it means less time).
*I do NOT offer refunds for missed bookings, as I have made myself available for the appointment aka live one to one bookings. However, recorded video response readings can be watched anytime you want so it does not matter when you decide to watch it.
Cancellations with 24 hours' notice or more will be fully refunded, or we can reschedule if you wish. HOWEVER, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded; I will, however, offer the option to reschedule. If you reschedule three times under this circumstance, no further rescheduling will be permitted.
* You, as a customer, are paying me the time it takes to do the reading. Readings are booked for time stated during booking but often take longer. I do not charge extra for running over time.
* Payments for readings must be made upfront. Non-payment results in no reading.
* Cancellation of payments after reading will result in being blacklisted, and your details will be among other professional readers.
* Readings are not set stone; you have the free will to change any outcome.
* Readings are for entertainment purposes only.
* I do not tolerate abuse of any kind, and any payment given shall be forfeited in these circumstances.
* I reserve the right to refuse to carry out a reading at any time, and any payment shall be refunded unless the payment is forfeited due to the aforementioned reasons/abuse.
Payment is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
